Discover the tactile world of multi-technique textile art in this immersive, hands-on workshop. Guided by an intuitive approach to form and texture, you will design and complete your own unique 5" x 5" textile wall tile using a combination of latch hook, stitch, and other fiber techniques.
Perfect for makers looking to push the boundaries of traditional craft, this session focuses on creating sculptural surfaces, rich layering, and beautiful structural chaos. We will explore how to build three-dimensional volume with latch hooking and mixed stitching methods.
Materials: All tools and materials are included, featuring a curated, diverse selection of yarns, fibres, and textural elements.
Skill Level: While all curious makers are welcome, some sewing or embroidery experience would be beneficial to comfortably navigate the mixed stitching techniques.
Leave the workshop with a beautiful, finished textile art work, ready to hang as a standalone statement piece or to start a larger wall collection.
Cost: $85
