Pick up and delivery options
Online orders can be picked up at the gallery during open hours, Delivery is free in the Region of Waterloo and installation assistance is available. Call the gallery to schedule delivery or installation assistance.
Delivery outside of the Region of Waterloo is available and a quote can be provided based on the size, weight and delivery address for your purchase. Call the gallery to discuss your options and schedule delivery.
Returns or exchanges
Online orders and returns can be handled if initiated within seven days of purchase for store credit. After seven days, an exchange can be arranged for artwork by the same artist as that purchased of an equal or lesser value. There are no exchanges or returns after 14 calendar days.
Before purchasing we can help you to find the right piece of artwork for your space and arrange for art rental or a trial period to help your decision making process. Purchasing original artwork is exciting and we are are here to make your purchase as easy as possible and ensure you get the right artwork for your home or workplace.

Your personal information such as your name and email address may be stored by us when you provide it. We will never provide it to anyone else and never use it in ways you do not permit.

With your permission, we may collect your information when you make a purchase.
When you subscribe to our newsletter using a form on our website, fill out a paper form in person or if you email us directly, we store the information you provide.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by emailing hello@moodyellow.com or choosing the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our emails.
How we may use your information
Your information will be used to contact your about your purchases, provide information about upcoming events, exhibitions, or new products and let you know of material changes to our business.
This is common marketing use and we can only use your information to market to you with your permission.
We will always protect your information and we will never share it with anyone else and nobody else has permission to use the information that you provide to us.
How to have your information removed from our system
At any time you can request that we delete the information we have about you including your name, email address, phone number and address (if we have that information). Email hello@moodyellow.com to be deleted entirely from our mailing lists and database.
