About our bookable workshop space

The workshop space is easily accessed from the parking lot entrance. Amenities include: washroom, double sink, folding tables that can be configured in multiple ways, folding chairs, countertop, bright windows, espresso machine, access to a fridge, microwave, water soluble ink and paint disposal. The space is available seven days per week from 9 AM to 10 PM. The workshop area can seat up to 12 people, depending on the activity and the space required by person. We are also interested in partnering with artists to offer workshops and multi-week classes.

Terms and conditions

Organizers must agree to the terms and conditions of use when booking.

By booking and paying for use of this space via our booking portal and website, you (the "Renter") agree to the following Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself, your organization (if applicable), and all your attendees.


1. Booking, Payment, and Risk

Payment: All workshop space bookings must be paid in full at the time of online booking to secure the reservation.

Assumption of Risk: The Renter and all attendees use the workshop space, equipment, and gallery facilities entirely at their own risk. The Gallery accepts no liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss of personal items sustained during the rental period.

2. Supervision and Age Restrictions

Minors: Attendees under eighteen (18) years of age must not be left unattended at any time.

Guardianship: All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the booking. The Renter is responsible for enforcing this policy.

3. Material Restrictions & Ventilation

Ventilation Limits: The workshop space is not equipped with industrial ventilation. Workshops cannot include or utilize any materials, chemicals, solvents, or mediums that require active ventilation equipment to be used safely.

Prohibited Materials: Spray paints, heavy-fume resins, toxic solvents, or any materials emitting strong, hazardous vapors are strictly prohibited.

4. Waste Disposal and Sink Use

No Sink Disposal: No paint, ink, chemicals, glues, or other workshop materials may be flushed, washed, or poured down the workshop or bathroom sinks.

Approved Disposal: Renters must use the provided water-soluble disposal buckets, garbage cans, and recycling bins for all waste and cleanup.

Leave No Trace: The space must be left in the clean condition in which it was found.

5. Liability for Safety and Damages

Host Responsibility: The Renter (the person or organization booking the space) assumes full responsibility for the safety, conduct, and supervision of all attendees at all times and for all activities conducted during the booking.

Property Damage: The Renter is financially responsible for ensuring that attendees do not damage the workshop space, gallery equipment, furniture, structure, or any other part of the gallery premises. Any damage caused will be billed directly to the Renter.

6. Gallery Access and Art Purchases

Artwork Viewings: If a booking occurs outside of regular gallery operating hours, attendees are welcome to view the artwork on display in the adjacent gallery spaces.

Purchases: Purchasing of artwork, retail items, or gallery inventory can only take place during regular, posted gallery open hours when retail staff are present to process transactions.
